We will be re-opening on a phased basis.  For the continues safety of our staff and customers we will be implimenting the following and thank you for your consideration and support in this matter -

•          Limiting the number of people in-store. We may ask you to wait in your car rather than in the Reception area, once you have booked in. A member of staff will come to you.

•          Floor markings. We have a distance line marked on the floor at Reception and at the POS which we would ask you not to step over. 

•          Hand sanitisers are being located throughout the Dealership and at entry and exit points. These are for customers and colleagues to use, as well as extra cleaning products to wipe down your baskets, keys or alarm fobs.

•          If possible, use card or contactless payments to limit cash handling.

•          At the Entrance and Exits we would ask you to keep to keep a safe distance from other shoppers, waiting for others to pass if required.

•          Keep at least two metres apart, we understand that this is not always possible, so if you need to bring children with you or shop with a carer, you are welcome to do so.

•          Please ensure you regularly wash your hands using the soap provided in the washrooms.

•          Do not enter a caravan or motorhome if they are other shoppers or staff in the unit.

•          We have introduced a customer pick up and drop of schedule – please contact us on admin@teessidecaravans. co.uk or 01642 764455 to arrange a time slot.

•          If you or a member of your family have ANY cold or flu like symptoms we would ask you not to enter the building but contact us on [email protected]

•          Introduced gloves for staff handling your keys and fobs

•          Ensured all staff adhere to strict hand washing regimes and have additional sanitizers available in all work stations. 

•          Introduced a “high-touch area” disinfection programme prior to working on customer vehicles and after the completion of servicing or repairs of vehicles.

            Personal shoppers available.  If you telephone or email us prior to your visit with a list of items and we can have them all ready for you to collect, cutting down your time.  

•          Temporarily suspended refreshments – we are sorry we will not be providing our usual free refreshments for the foreseeable future.
